Good info. Nice read

So looking forward to when Roy blows a gasket behind the bench. Love how competitive he has always been.

You have to think with Bigras signing his entry today, he is primed for the 9 game audition to start the season, especially with Wilson hurt.

I really like the Downie and Parenteau switch. Downie and O'Reilly had such great chemistry playing together 2 seasons ago, and Parenteau just seems to always gel with gifted centres, should help Mac put up some points, take the pressure off him to produce.

Absolutely what I am waiting for
What do you think the over/under is on how many games before his first meltdown?

Maybe to try but I've always felt like Duchene is the one that gets screwed over in these shuffles. He's our #1 guy right now and deserves first line guys along side of him. That's either Landeskog or PA...and right now it's neither.

18...depending on the teams record, someone will ask him if he is satisfied with the team so far, if we are below .500, and watch him tear them a new one

Duchene has always been the science experiment, revolving door of wingers, who will play with him next.

But if they plan on keeping O'Reilly as a winger and for the long term, they can afford to make this move since he has been looking like a stud on the left side so far in camp.

All in all I think you guys will do better this year. Your studs are maturing and gotta love the way Landeskog(sp) plays. Young but a perfect C

Either way...I guess we have depth at Forward! This should be a lot more exciting to watch than the past couple of seasons!

We dont have Porter or Kobasew in our top 9, I would consider this a huge upgrade over the past few seasons of our forwards.

I think we will be competitive, might not be playoff bound but we will play hard every game. And I expect a huge bounceback season from Varly and the D did get better by subtracting a lot of dead weight.

Duchene and RoR have played soooo well together in training camp, that if it allows for PA to play with Mackinnon it will be soooo huge for this team. PA would be the perfect linemate to help Nate grow after playing with both JT and Duchene.

I like the move, gives Downie a comfort level playign with O"Reilly again, and gives that top line a really nasty edge to play against.

A Mac/McGinn/PA line is a really solid point producing line, they will get favorable match ups being 2A/2B line on the depth chart.
